Women Power House (WPH)
Women Power House (WPH) is the social impact arm of the Fetaru brand, created to empower, equip, and elevate women and girls to know who they are (true identity), thrive in purpose, business, and leadership. We believe that when a woman finds her voice and walks boldly in her purpose, she doesn’t just change her life—she transforms her family, her community, and the world around her. That’s why WPH exists: to create spaces of belonging, growth, and empowerment for women and girls from all walks of life.
Through our signature Thrive Online Series, we invite inspiring guest speakers from around the world to pour into our community through virtual sessions that spark purpose, confidence, and transformation. Our flagship event, the Thrive Woman’s Summit, brings women together for real stories, real connection, and real growth. The inaugural edition, held on 23rd November 2024 at Protea by Marriott Hotel Kampala Skyz, gathered over 200 women, free of charge, making it one of Uganda’s most impactful women-centered gatherings.
Beyond large events, we host Thrive Women’s Meetups, where women gather in intimate settings to network, learn, and sharpen one another. We also visit and support businesses owned by our community members, offering visibility, mentorship, and practical growth strategies. We are also deeply committed to reaching women in rural and refugee communities, such as in West Nile and other underserved regions. Through hands-on skills training, soft skills development, and mentorship, we equip these women with tools to build confidence, income, and dignity, ensuring that no woman is left behind. Our vision extends to the next generation as well. Through outreach to girls in schools, we nurture their confidence, purpose, and voice, through self-identity, personal branding and public speaking sessions, thus laying the foundation for empowered future leaders.
WPH is more than a movement; it's a sisterhood. A power house. A place where women rise together in purpose and leadership, no matter where they come from.Gallery
